What happens after I pay for my party?
Relax! We know planning an event can be overwhelming. Please enjoy the rest of your day and our event coordinator will reach out to you within the next week to schedule an in-person or over-the-phone consultation at your convenience. If you request a party within the week, please just send us a quick note at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can expedite your request.
At the consultation, we’ll help you to make sure this is the party of your dreams. When you have your consultation, our event coordinator will ask questions to help us determine / plan a playlist, what kind of refreshments you would like during the party, and all other preferences.
If you are a honored wedding party guest (maid/matron, best man, etc) who is planning on behalf of a soon-to-be-married person or are planning the party as a surprise, we will help in determining what kind of party will be best received as a surprise based on your understanding of the guest of honor.
After the consultation, you will receive a summary of your party plan. We will send you a reminder 1 week before your event date.
After that, all you need to do is get all of the guests to our venue and be ready to celebrate!
